The Leader of Art

The Besco Clark Philippines Group of Companies, Corp. was founded in year 2010 in Philippines. It started in Korea as Besco General Construction, Ltd from 2001-2009 by Mr. Im Yee Gon who is also the current President of the corporation in the Philippines. Now, the company is focusing on its own residential community, the Besco Clark Residences, which is located within The Villages. It currently has 13 residential buildings, 1 Besco Offices building, and 1 mixed-use building with residential and commercial apartments. It is planned with a proper match of aesthetics, accessibility, cost-effectiveness, safety, and security, and it is built with the most advanced technology and construction technique to assure the buildings' sustainability. Based on the space's specific requirements, it has outstanding indoor air quality.
